Pricing
Priced by enrollment, not by seat, so adding counselors never costs a school more.

- A 900-student school pays $10,000, about $11 per student per year.
- A 2,400-student school pays $28,800 at $1 per student per month.
For context: one private admissions counselor typically runs $4,000-$10,000 for a single student. The average public school counselor carries 385 students against a recommended caseload of 250.

Common questions
Do students or families pay anything?
No. The student product is free, with or without a school licence. Optional personal purchases exist, Premium cosmetics, marketplace essays, admitted group subscriptions, and none of them affect an application outcome.
What happens at exactly 400 or 1,000 students?
400 is the first day of the $10,000 band. 1,001 moves you to per-student billing. Enrollment is taken at the start of the contract year and does not re-band mid-year if you grow.
Can we pay per counselor instead?
No, deliberately. Per-seat pricing discourages giving more staff access, which is the opposite of what should happen.
What about districts?
Above 1,000 students the $1/student/month rate applies district-wide under a single agreement across all schools.
What if the budget doesn't stretch?
Discounts for Title I schools and schools where most students qualify for free or reduced lunch. No student should miss out over a line item.
