One requirement: link the room members join
Every listing has to supply a standing Discord, Slack or group invite. A join button that only increments a counter wastes the student's time and yours, so joining hands them the link immediately. If you have nowhere for people to land, make one first.
Students never pay to apply
The subscription is charged to the organization, not to applicants. Students are never asked for money to join a listing, to apply, or to be seen by you. Charging a sixteen-year-old to apply for volunteer work would be indefensible, so we do not.

You appear in the directory. Free listings collect members; listed ones also collect applications.
Read real profiles
Each applicant arrives as a formatted profile with their activities, honors and college list, rendered live from their current data rather than a stale attachment.

Mark applicants viewed, shortlisted or declined from one inbox.

You can upgrade to applications later from your manage page. There is no contract and nothing to cancel on a free listing.
